# 3RD UNIT—the ecosystem
We are developing an ecosystem that enables creators to design and tokenize new entertainment intellectual properties (IPs) while seeking early-stage, pre-production stage investments.
Our value proposition includes a toolkit for IP franchise design, asset tokenization and digital assets marketplace. The goal is to support creators with next-generation development tools and financial technologies to transform intellectual properties into global entertainment franchises, across various media and distribution channels, including gaming, film, physical attractions, and merchandise.
Simultaneously, for individual investors and fandom members, we provide access to a curated and vetted marketplace of investment opportunities that are otherwise private and inaccessible.
Our broader vision is to address inefficiencies in access, ownership, distribution, and geographical representation of entertainment properties. We see our work as part of the ongoing evolution of the creators economy, fintech and web3.
Currently, we are at the “zero to one” stage of venture building, focused on refining our value proposition, adjusting our first offerings and finding product-market fit.
We are working with our first users, including creators and investors, to better understand their needs and fine-tune our offering.
