# Digital assets brokerage

The 3RD UNIT launchpad and marketplace are the core transactional pillar of our business. 

We aim to become a trusted, long-term partner for our audience to invest in creative digital assets, ranging from franchise assets to derivative products.

Digital asset issuance and brokerage will require from us relevant fintech and crypto licenses, which in our case falls under ADGM and VARA regulations (UAE).
