Łukasz Alwast - co-founder, CEO, Polish-British.
Creative producer with a venture development background in immersive media design and entertainment. Lukasz held creative production and leadership roles within the creative industries at Platige Image (animation, VFX, special projects), Everdome.io (web3, metaverse) and production design studios: Science Now, Stellar Fireworks.
His prior work includes collaborations with partners and commercial clients such as the Dubai EXPO 2020 (Polish Pavilion), OKX, Manchester City Football Club, Creative Artists Agency, Alfa Romeo F1 Team, the UAE Government, Tellart, NESTA, UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, Legendia Amusement Park and the European Space Agency.
Łukasz holds an MSc in Technology and Innovation Management from SPRU, University of Sussex, a MSc degree in Digital Anthropology from UCL (University College London), and a BA degree in Management from the University of Warsaw. He is also a laureate of the annual “New Europe 100” award (2017), a recognition by Res Publica, Google, Visegrad Fund and the Financial Times for emerging central and eastern European innovators.
Agnieszka Madurska

Aga is an Engineering Manager at Google Japan currently leading Google Maps Directions efforts.
She has over a decade of industry experience across the U.K and Japan, specializing in launching and landing quality products and building effective engineering teams from ground up. She holds a first-class masters degree in Computer Science, with distinction, from Imperial College London.
Earlier, Aga has held roles ranging from Software Engineering to Engineering Manager, overseeing responsibilities such as Google Arts and Culture Mobile clients, Pixel Watch Software Quality programs, and Google Maps Cycling and Walking directions quality.
She is passionate about outreach and STEM education, engaging in many speaking opportunities, such as DroidCon London, Google I/O, Google DevBytes and Grace Hopper Celebrations. In the past she has also led the Google UK / Girlguiding partnership and served as a Course Director at Imperial College London for mobile development at the CPD department.
Joanna ‘frota’ Kurkowska
co-founding team, web3 & gaming, advisor to the Board, Polish.
‘Frota’ is currently an Insights & Trade Strategist at G2A.com, one of the leading digital entertainment marketplaces, where she is involved in tech, market, entertainment, web3, and gaming-oriented strategic research. In addition, she has experience in video game market analytics, focusing on both casual and niche gaming with an emphasis on digital assets such as NFTs, digital fashion, and blockchain gaming.
Previous roles included Game Analyst at Outlier Ventures and various positions related to data analytics translation and digital marketing. Frota’s current research centers around the future of gaming and digital entertainment. She is also dedicated to studying Composable Culture, a term they coined to describe the fusion of entertainment, gaming, and digital culture with concepts like AI, Web3, and the Creator Economy.
Besides this, Frota advises startups, delivers lectures, and makes media appearances. Frota is also the co-host of ‘Wycinki z przyszłości,’ a podcast about trends and technology. They are the author of the first Polish newsletter on Web3 culture, titled ‘Digital Data Glitch,’ and serve as the lead writer for NetspherePop, a collection of thoughts on Composable Culture."
