3. Problem statement

At a foundational level, we address three types of problems that impact stakeholders differently based where they are in the value chain.

For creators:

  • the challenge lies in accessing resources, talent support, and distribution to bring their creation to the market — without these creators cannot succeed and securing them is often the most painful (and long) part of product / franchise development. Therefore we can see our offering here a as "painkiller."

For consumer investors:

  • securing early-stage ownership of a creative franchise asset, while not essential for survival, addresses the human need for self-actualization and, with wise choise of investment, can lead to substantial rewards — hence the "vitamins" analogy.
